Principle
The feed liquid is added to the upper part of the heater of the falling film evaporator through the feeding pump. After being evenly distributed by the film distribution device, it flows down along the inner wall of the shell of the heat exchanger in a film shape. The water evaporates rapidly, and the vapor and liquid are fully separated by the separation device. After the secondary steam is condensed, the residual heat can enter the rear channel or the front channel for continuous heating, and the liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber. It can also be combined with multi effect, forced circulation, MVR and other evaporators.
Applications
It is suitable for continuous evaporation and concentration of milk, fruit juice, biochemical pharmaceuticals, condiments, food additives, industrial wastewater and other industries.
