The vertical component will throw up the materials on the bed plate together through the high-pressure hot air formed by the spray hole, so that the materials are in a fluidized state, while the horizontal component, It can make the materials move forward evenly at a certain speed (the wind speed, material layer thickness and discharge speed can be adjusted), and the materials are discharged through the overflow weir and discharge hopper, so as to complete the drying operation.
Features
The thickness of the material layer can be set according to the characteristics of the material, - generally ≤ 30mm, so as to greatly extend the residence time.
The bed thickness and hole diameter can be configured according to the equipment size and wind speed.
The spray holes on the bed surface can be selected in various structural forms.
It can be equipped with an elastic support structure to make the drying bed area larger and the vibration installed power of the middle chamber smaller.
