Wang should aim at the drying or cooling of powder materials with low requirements for sealing. The machine adopts the structure of supporting bearing seats at both ends. Two sets of bearings are selected for the design. The Haval type bearing seats are adopted. Generally, the packing seal is adopted. The reducer is designed with side mounting or direct connection structure. The design of the mixing shaft arm and the main machine is relatively simple.
principle
Wet materials are put into jacketed heated containers in batches. In the vacuum state, the agitator with plate making continuously stir fry the materials, conduct heating and evaporation, and move in the container to form a circulating flow. The water or solvent is evaporated or recovered and then discharged by the vacuum pump.

This machine adopts large area sandwich heating mode, with large heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency.
Different mixing structures can be selected, and the drying of paste, paste and high viscosity materials shall be noted separately. Different discharge valves are designed according to the requirements to make the discharge more smooth. (this design is a patented product of Jinling) the special processing of mixing shaft and rake blade greatly ensures the strength and concentricity of the shaft.
According to the user's requirements, the medium can be passed through the shaft or the rapping device can be added.
Different filter and discharge valves are configured according to different materials.
The jacket shall be semi tubular or integral.
The heat source shall be hot water, steam and heat transfer oil.
