Overview
1. The company is the first drafting unit of the domestic vacuum rake dryer industry standard. This machine is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum filtration and drying integrated equipment improved on the basis of the introduction and absorption of foreign filtration and drying technologies (the company produces a variety of three-in-one filtration and drying equipment, and has applied for a number of patents). It completely replaces the traditional single filtration and drying equipment, so that it can complete the whole process of filtration, drying and solid unloading in the same equipment. At the same time, it realizes fully enclosed, continuous operation of the whole process, and the process is more suitable for the production of anaerobic and toxic products. The overall design is more compact, the processing capacity and drying efficiency are greatly improved, and it can completely replace the imported "three-in-one" equipment. Products are widely used in medicine, chemical industry, new materials, pesticides, food and other industries.
2. The horizontal vacuum filtration and drying machine is designed as a horizontal structure. The upper part of the tank is provided with a feeding port, a gas outlet, a manhole, a nitrogen port, a steam inlet and outlet, etc. The inner tank is heated. The upper part of the tank body is the steam inlet, and the lower part is the condensed water outlet, and the steam is introduced to complete the heating process; the bottom of the tank body is provided with multiple replaceable filter plates, and a vacuum port is provided. The inner part is in a vacuum state, and the suction filtration process is completed; when heating and drying, the upper gas phase outlet is used to extract the evaporated water vapor during the drying process through the vacuum system; the motor and the reducer drive the main shaft to rotate through the coupling (the steam is introduced into the shaft for heating), The material is continuously turned up and down, left and right, fully mixed, and the heating surface is constantly replaced, so that the material is heated evenly, and the water (or solvent) is evaporated and pumped out by a vacuum pump, so as to complete the purpose of filtration and drying.
Process technology configuration
1. The integrated design simplifies the process, reduces the loss, and improves the product yield;
2. The equipment is compact, occupies a small area and is easy to operate;
3. Filtration stage: separation of product and mother liquor (vacuum filtration);
4. Drying and heating stage: After the material is dehydrated, the filter cake is loosened by stirring the main shaft. At the same time, the heat source (steam, hot water, heat transfer oil) in the jacket heats the inner wall, and the filter cake is heated and heated by heat conduction, and the moisture content is rapid. Evaporation achieves drying effect. The evaporation rate is accelerated by the method of vacuum in the equipment. The evaporated moisture can also be taken away by the treated nitrogen and other media, which can accelerate the drying of the material and improve the drying effect;
5. All activity points are sealed. The sealing material is tetrafluoro (PTFE) or fluorine rubber;
6. The filter material can be in the form of filter cloth, stainless steel wire mesh sintering, powder sintering plate or metal sintering plate. According to user needs, generally choose between 6.5μm to 50μm. The margin of the dead corner of the filter cloth is 25mm on one side;
7. The spindle can be set for forward and reverse rotation, and the speed can be adjusted arbitrarily between 1 and 5 rpm through the inverter control;
8. The material is operated in a closed state, and the product is non-polluting, suitable for the production of anaerobic environment, strong irritating odor and toxic materials;
9. It operates under vacuum and has a high evaporation rate at low temperature, which is especially suitable for the filtration and drying of heat-sensitive materials and easily oxidizable materials, and also suitable for the recovery of materials containing solvents;
10. The material contact parts are all made of 304 material, and the inner wall of the main machine is made of 22mm304 material (the inner surface is ≥16mm after boring processing (2 mm wear allowance has been reserved for design), and the bottom scraper gap is controlled ≤8 mm); the scraper is made of 16 mm mm stainless steel to increase the wear margin; the jacket is heated by steam, and the honeycomb jacket (thickness 4mm304 material) is used to reduce the thickness of the inner wall of the cylinder; the container part is designed and manufactured by itself, and a pressure vessel certificate is issued;
11. The machine adopts in-axis heating design to increase the heating area and improve the drying rate;
12. The end caps on both sides of the main cylinder are machined with a thickness of 70mm steel plate (the main cylinder flange and end caps are integrally processed to ensure concentricity and flatness), and the main cylinder flange and end caps are drilled and positioned at one time , to ensure concentricity and verticality, and ensure the sealing effect;
13. Adopt explosion-proof frequency conversion motor to adjust the speed to ensure the smooth start and prolong the life of the reducer and stirring;
14. The reducer and motor are domestic well-known brands, adopting a hard-toothed cylindrical gear type (increased size), which has a large bearing capacity and can be set to forward and reverse to improve service life and stability. The weight of the reducer is about 3.8 tons; the motor adopts Energy-saving explosion-proof variable frequency motor (BT4) to reduce energy consumption;
15. The explosion-proof control button (emergency stop switch, forward and reverse rotation) is set on site, and the electric control cabinet (reserved DCS interface) is externally explosion-proof;
16. The outlet valve adopts a special short-neck pneumatic ball valve to prevent the outlet from being blocked or causing the material to dry and agglomerate to affect the normal discharge;

18. Six equipment control cabinets are centralized in one PLC system for control operation (electric cabinet is not explosion-proof; emergency stop button on site is explosion-proof), and data communication interface is reserved. The host can be forward and reverse, and the forward and reverse time is adjustable. Nitrogen pressure, steam pressure, dryer vacuum negative pressure, filter differential pressure, dryer temperature, steam temperature display. It can be automatically filled with nitrogen according to the filter pressure difference.
Key technology innovation and improved design
1. The filter device has a detachable structure, and the upper and lower flanges are clamped with quick-fit bolts to achieve a sealing effect; the inner wall of the filter plate has an excessive arc to reduce material accumulation; the head is provided with a forced nitrogen blowback port; the bottom is equipped with a lifting wheel A type trolley can be easily pulled out to remove the filter plate for cleaning or maintenance.
2. The bearing seat adopts a reasonable combination of axial bearing seat tapered roller bearing and spherical roller bearing, and the concentricity between the cylinder and the rake shaft has been greatly improved, thereby ensuring the thermal expansion and extension. The shaft is fixed with a single head, Single head free expansion sliding design (3 sets of bearing structure design). The bearing is enlarged to ensure the service life and stability of the bearing under high temperature conditions.
3. The horizontal cylinder adopts 4 bases, and the bottom adopts an I-beam structure to increase the strength and reduce the deformation; the cylinder and bearings are designed with expansion and sliding allowances to ensure the stability of the equipment.
4. In order to ensure the heat transfer effect of the main shaft, a condensed water discharge device is added, and a central pipeline is designed to be added in the main shaft. The connected branch pipes (304 material) lead to each rake arm, so that the heat source is directly decomposed by the central pipeline. In each rake arm, the heat transfer effect is better, and the return water is forced to be discharged from the outside of the central pipe through the spiral blades under the action of pressure.
5. The special double-end mechanical seal is adopted. Forced nitrogen pressure is adopted to improve safety and reduce wear on the end face of the machine seal; increase the expansion allowance; add a perfluoroether sealing ring to reduce corrosion and ensure sealing; the design vacuum degree is -0.098 during no-load rotation and pressure maintenance for 2 hours Mpa or so.
6. In order to ensure the strength and deformation of the main shaft and reduce the length of the shaft arm, the design of the shaft diameter is increased (Diameter 457mm, the outer covering is 4 mm304), and the wall thickness of the main shaft is increased to 30mm.
7. It is recommended to use 2 suction filter ports to improve the suction filtration efficiency.
8. The total amount of filter-drying machine is about 40T.
