2. The horizontal vacuum filtration and drying machine is designed as a horizontal structure. The upper part of the tank is provided with a feeding port, a gas outlet, a manhole, a nitrogen port, a steam inlet and outlet, etc. The inner tank is heated. The upper part of the tank body is the steam inlet, and the lower part is the condensed water outlet, and the steam is introduced to complete the heating process; the bottom of the tank body is provided with multiple replaceable filter plates, and a vacuum port is provided. Process technology configuration

3. Filtration stage: separation of product and mother liquor (vacuum filtration);
4. Drying and heating stage: After the material is dehydrated, the filter cake is loosened by stirring the main shaft. At the same time, the heat source (steam, hot water, heat transfer oil) in the jacket heats the inner wall, and the filter cake is heated and heated by heat conduction, and the moisture content is rapid. Evaporation achieves drying effect. The evaporation rate is accelerated by the method of vacuum in the equipment. The evaporated moisture can also be taken away by the treated nitrogen and other media, which can accelerate the drying of the material and improve the drying effect;
5. All activity points are sealed. The sealing material is tetrafluoro (PTFE) or fluorine rubber;

1.
