Principle
This processing technique uses a three-sleeve design. The material enters the innermost chamber of the dryer through a spiral Quantitative feeder. Due to the effects of the shoveling plates and the air flow, the material is carried by the imported hot air for the secondary baffle drying, in which case mass and heat can be fully trasferred. The dried material is cllected by the cyclone dust collector or the cloth bag dust cllector The wet air is discharged by the induced draft fan. This equipment has advantages such as high energy eficiency., long retention time for drying, and small floor area.
