Principle
SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer does not have a double cone rotary tank. The tank is in a vacuum state. The jacket is filled with medium for heating. The heat is heated through the inner wall of the tank and the wet materials. The evaporated water vapor is discharged through the vacuum pump. Since the tank body is in a vacuum state, the materials are constantly turned inside and outside with the rotation of the tank body, so the drying efficiency of materials is improved and the purpose of low-temperature drying is achieved.
Application
This machine is suitable for drying powder, granular materials with good fluidity and not easy to agglomerate and bond.
The drying and steam heating of flammable and explosive materials (pressure vessel certificate shall be issued) shall be specially noted.
If hot water or heat transfer oil is used for heating, it shall be explained before ordering.
If it is necessary to meet the requirements of "GMP", the volume recovery device and other accessories shall be explained separately.
The material is stainless steel inside and outside or enamel on the inner wall. The jacket is generally made of carbon steel unless otherwise specified.
It is recommended to adopt frequency conversion speed regulation control for Model 1000 and above, and the shaft hole shall be bored.
