Application
The equipment can be used for various process operations such as atmospheric pressure, micro pressure, water decocting, warm soaking and heat reflux, forced circulation, percolation, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery in traditional Chinese medicine, food and chemical industries. The most outstanding feature of the inverted cone extraction tank is that it is very convenient to discharge slag and has good heating effect. The tank is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotary spray ball, temperature measuring hole, explosion-proof sight lamp, sight glass, quick opening feeding port, etc., to ensure easy operation and compliance with GMP standards. The complete equipment supply includes: demister, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, filter, cylinder console and other accessories.
