Principle

The machine is a new type of dryer developed and designed by our company in 2009. After several applications ,we have optimized and improved the machine in terms of the strength of the structure ,the leakage issue from welding seam,and other issuse associated with noise,drying efficiency,retention time,and cleaning.
The material is continuously fed through the feed port quantitatively,and it passes through the stacked,mulitilayer drying trays with hot plates tofully transfer heat and mass without the ues of a scraper.Due to the excitation force,the naterial makes a circular reciprocating motion.The wet hoa air is discharged from the top,and the finished product is discharged from the botom.This machine has air advantages such as large heat transfer area,high thermal efficiency,low energy consumption,large adjustment range,long material retention time,and convenient.It is suitable for drying and cooling powdery and pranular meaterials with good fluidity.
