The compensation compound heating design is selected to greatly improve the drying efficiency.

The special spindle assembly transmission structure makes the strength and sealing of the spindle better, and the disassembly and maintenance more convenient.

Principle

The wet materials are continuously added to the upper distribution tray of the dryer from the feeder, and then fall into the first layer of drying tray. The rake arm with the rake blade makes a rotary motion to make the rake blade continuously turn over the materials. The materials flow through the surface of the drying plate along the index spiral line. The materials on the small drying plate are transferred to the outer edge, and fall to the outer edge of the large drying plate below. The materials on the large drying plate move inward and fall into the small drying plate of the lower wine layer from the middle blanking port. Large and small drying plates are arranged alternately up and down The material can flow continuously through the whole dryer. A heating medium (in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat transfer oil) is introduced into the hollow drying plate, and the heating medium is introduced from one end of the drying plate and exported from the other end. The dried materials fall from the last layer of drying tray to the bottom layer of the shell, and are finally transferred to the discharge port by the rake blade for discharge. The moisture is discharged from the moisture outlet on the item cover. The production efficiency of the dryer can be improved by supporting auxiliary machines such as pre heater, cyclone separator, bag filter and elevator. The equipment integrates the advantages of hot air convection, conduction heating and stir frying transmission. Its structure: it adopts the ingenious combination of large and small heating plates welded by sheet metal stamping and swing adjustable rotary rake blades, and is equipped with quantitative feeding and variable frequency speed regulation. In the process, it adopts measures such as series parallel input of heating medium and final cooling. The material layer is thin, the thermal resistance is small, and the heating area is 100% utilized, giving full play to the advantages of high utilization rate of conduction drying heat energy. The practice shows that the equipment has the advantages of novel and compact structure, closed continuous production, simple adjustment and maintenance, stable and reliable operation, low installed power, high efficiency, low energy consumption, adjustable drying time and material layer thickness, low labor intensity, good operating environment, small floor area and wide application.

Features

(1) Simple regulation and strong applicability.
The drying process can be optimized by adjusting the thickness of the material layer, the rotation speed of the main shaft, the number of rake arms, the form of rake blades and the length.
Each layer of drying plate can be separately filled with hot medium or cold medium to heat or cool the materials.
The residence time of materials can be precisely adjusted.
The flow direction of materials is single, there is no backmixing, the drying is uniform, the quality is stable, and there is no need to remix.
