Principle
The forced draft fan tangentially enters the mixing and crushing dryer room from the bottom of the desiccant at a suitable spouting speed. The materials entering the main machine through the quantitative feeder produce strong shearing, floating and rotating effects. The materials are granulated by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction, and the water evaporates rapidly. In the lower part of the dryer, the larger and wetter particles are demoted, dispersed and broken under the shear action of the mixing knife. The particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained and lifted by the rotating air flow, and further dried in the rising process. Due to the rotating flow of gas-solid two phases, the inertia of solid phase is greater than that of gas phase, and the relative speed of solid-gas two phases is larger, which strengthens the mass transfer and heat transfer between the two phases. The dried materials are collected by cyclone or bag filter, and the tail gas is discharged by induced draft fan (or discharged after water washing, cooling and condensation).
Features
This machine is suitable for continuous drying of powder particles and filter cake materials with high moisture content in large quantities.
A variety of feeding devices are set for selection. The feeding is continuous and stable, and the process is not easy to produce bridging phenomenon.
The cooling device can be selected at the bottom of the dryer according to the needs, so as to avoid the bonding and carbonization of materials in the high-temperature area at the bottom.
Special air seal and bearing cooling device can effectively prolong the service life of the transmission part.
The two-stage heating and drying method can be designed according to the requirements to effectively extend the residence time of F drying and reduce the discharge moisture.
The drying chamber can be equipped with grading ring and cyclone, so that the fineness and final moisture of materials can be adjusted appropriately.
The circumferential gas velocity in the drying room is high, and it rises and dries spirally along the peripheral wall of the main machine, which not only reduces the height of the main machine, prolongs the drying residence time, but also has a certain wall sweeping effect.
Two sets of 20 type flash dryers manufactured in 2008 have been successfully applied in Sanonda, Hubei Province; The special flash dryer for graphene designed and produced by the company in 2016 has been successfully applied.
