The mechanical seal structure is a kind of precision seal structure adopted to keep the vacuum rake dryer in high vacuum for a long time and effectively avoid impurities from entering the material. Single end face mechanical seal, corrugated mechanical seal and double end face mechanical seal are generally selected, and the end face materials are generally graphite, silicon carbide and alloy steel.
In order to ensure the sealing performance and the service life of the dryer, a series of innovative design and processing have been carried out especially for the salt, liquid, solvent and other materials with high wear resistance and corrosion, so that the runout of the shaft, the expansion extension, stability and service life of the equipment have been doubled. Different rake structures developed and designed by Jinling are adopted to adapt to the drying of materials under different working conditions: spiral belt type, reading plate type, disc type, triangular stirring paddle type, plough type and other structural forms. In addition, the specific surface area can be increased and the drying efficiency can be greatly improved according to the designed heating form in the shaft.
